Please note the following poster guidelines:

1. Please design your poster with the following Sections: Title of the poster, Authors and Affiliation; Background; Objective; Methods; Results; Conclusions. (Optional – References/ Acknowledgement).

2. Use short sentences / bullet points. Tables/ graphs are preferred.

3. Prepare a poster with dimensions and fonts as suggested below:

– Suggested font: Arial, Times New Roman, Calibri. Font size: 24 or higher (Poster should be readable from about 5-6 ft).

– Poster should be designed as a portrait configuration with dimensions: maximum: 90 cm wide and 110 cm height.

4. Print your poster and bring it to the venue on 8th November 2024 morning at registration. The registration desk will direct you to the posters area. Please put up the poster on the display board with your assigned poster number. (Mounting pins will be provided onsite).

5. Poster will be displayed on 8th and 9th November 2024 and must be removed on 9th November 2024 after the end of the last session.

6. The poster evaluation team will visit the posters during the coffee and lunch breaks on both days. Presenting authors should be prepared for a 5-7 minutes presentation of their poster. At least one presenter should be available during these times (coffee breaks and lunch breaks).

7. Top 5 winners will be selected and will be given awards on day 2 afternoon.

8. All participants who present posters will be issued certificate mentioning their participation in Poster session as poster presenter.
